Secret Sister Gifts

 I learned to make this at a class in KC. This one is for a secret sister swap I went to last weekend. We will be making the cupcake in our Nov club. When you pull up the cherry it holds a gift card.

I also made this Advent calendar for the swap for a friend who doesn't like to make gifts. This simply uses 24 pieces of paper with shapes cut from the CTMH Cricut cartridges. The frame cost a dollar at IKEA.

OCTOBER CLUB PROJECTS

 This card uses a spiral die cut but any spiral cut from one of the CTMH cricut cartridges would work. Charmed Backdrop is the stamp with Moonlight paper. Cute Halloween images from the Artiste Cartridge.

 This is my case of an A. Brown card. Learning to think out of the box with our stamps. The stamp is Family Tree turned upside down. How clever Aaron. The Sparkle Badge Button on the pumpkin is colored with the new Gypsy Alcohol Marker, love being able to make sparkles any color.

 The stamp is Harvest Happiness. Add some shapes from Artiste then run them through some embossing folders and you have a fall mailable card.

 Remember to make the inside pretty too.

 I took the picture to up close, so it looks a little funny. This is 6 pumpkin cut outs from Artiste folded and glued together. The face and leaves are also Artiste.

This sparkly coffin uses La Belle Vie for the lid. Prisma glitter or Glitter gel added to the spider web. All cut from Artiste.

SEPTEMBER CARDS

 The swing card, thanks card, die cuts, and cupcake were all cut using the new Artiste Cricut Cartridge.

AUGUST CARDS

June and July 2012

 In June we celebrated the 5th anniversary of our club. We had a scrumptious potluck. Dotty was our card theme.

In July life was busy so we did some CAS (clean and simple) cards. Amazing what just a little color and a few minutes stamping can create.

MAY CARD CLUB

This card uses glimmer spray made with CTMH pearl paint and alcohol.

 This cute baby card uses footloose paper and the AP cartridge to cut the stamp matching shape.

 This card was designed for Destiny club member and soon to be graduate. It use our die cut cards.

Another card using the die cut cards and more glimmer spray for an elegant wedding card.

LUCY PAGES

I'm a little behind in posting these are the pages we did in March.

APRIL CLUB CARDS

This month we did 3 cards using Cricut Art Philosophy. What a great way to add interest with just a card base.

This card used A Tree stamp.  I love the $6.95 price. We also use Stella Background and texture paper.

The  Card Word Puzzle stamp is featured.  Accent your embossing folders by rubbing a stamp pad over them as we did on the bottom of this card.

 I love the Under the Sea stamp and the Seaside wooden shapes we used on this card!

We used a puddle pad for the vibrant color with the Beautiful Friendship stamp, so get out your reinkers and felt and make a puddle pad.

MARCH CLUB

THESE CARDS ARE MADE WITH LUCY PAPER AND THE MY PEEPS STAMP SET.  THE TOP ONE WE WILL BE DOING IN CLUB.  IT ALSO USES THE NEW PARADISE PAPER FLOWERS AND BUTTON FROM THE BOHEMIAN ASST.  THE BOTTOM CARD IS A QUICK AND EASY MAILING  FOR REGULAR POSTAGE IDEA.

 THIS CARD IS DONE WITH FLORENTINE PAPER AND THE HE IS RISEN STAMP SET.  THE RIBBON IS OUR NEW SEAM BINDING TINTED OLIVE, SO EASY TO MAKE THIS RIBBON ANY COLOR YOU NEED.  THE SPARKLES ARE COLORED WITH A PERMANENT MARKER.  I LOVE PRODUCTS THAT MULTI TASK!

THIS CARD IS A QUICK AND EASY MAIL FOR REGULAR POSTAGE IDEA. THE "GEM" IS A DROP OF BRONZE SPARKLES.  THE PEARLY LOOK AROUND THE DIE CUT IS DONE WITH THE CREATE-A-SHADE PEARL PAINT.
